INVESTMENT
All equity investors pro rata pari passu in the waterfall
Each and every investor will be given precisely the same terms and payments will be made in proportion to the amount invested
Investors will recoup 100% of their investment plus a 20% premium
You will start to see money back as the film reaches net profitability. Return on investment will continue until you hit that 120% mark. Additional revenue will be distributed pari passu in the waterfall.
We qualify as a “local production” with the Oregon Film Office, which means we’re eligible for an approximate 22% cash rebate. This rebate will be processed within 4-6 weeks of completion of the film and you’ll swiftly receive a check for 22% of your initial investment.
Full share investors can receive Executive Producer credits
We’ve yet to define “full share” but it will likely be around $100K. If you invest $100K or more, you will be considered and credited as an Executive Producer.
Credit placement will be based on financial investment in the film
The more you invest, the more likely you are to receive a single card credit. These details will be finalized and clarified once the film is fully financed.

DONATIONS
Donations are “soft money” – non-recoupable funds.
Donations are critical. We depend on sums large and small to reach our fundraising goal. This type of contribution will not include an opportunity to make your money back. You can make a contribution of any sum and choose to have it count as a donation.
